Determining mitigation on landslide prone level in watershed area: analysis of study on Samin Hulu Karanganyar District of Indonesia and its economic consequences

Landslides in Indonesia have caused much damage and claimed lives inland, environment, people, property. This study aims to identify analyze the types of landslides, factors causing impacts landslide-prone determining food security agricultural economics. The research method used was survey laboratory analysis. conducted Samin Hulu Tengah River Basin (Matesih Karangpandan Districts) Karanganyar Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. data were obtained using field surveys literature studies. is form thematic maps area, on landslides watershed, soil samples analysis, results. results showed that level District higher than Matesih District. causes triggered by rainfall, slopes, more dominant andesite rocks. In Karangpandan, there are five namely Landslides, Rocks, Subsidence, Soilcreep. Regarding methods land management security, analysis findings cultivation pattern, increasing fertility, landslide water resources had greatest relationship with economy. Farmers who regarding safe healthy access due increased quality productivity. Therefore, it can be said order increase yield products, invest this field, support services should provided farmers necessary measures taken for participation cooperation sustainable management.
